Not all of these are used on every site only the ones deemed applicable for your site.

Please note that the client is responsible for testing all aspects of any e-com or order online system to make sure that it meets their requirements and that it is working to their satisfaction.

Any alterations to code, navigation, upload requirements or addition of fields to the database other than those agreed at the outset of the build of the solution will be chargeable as extras.

Any payment system that requires Spoton dealing with the clients bank is not included in the cost due to the individual requirements of each bank which change on a regular basis.

When using a bank to clear e-com funds, there is a restriction placed by some banks as to how the security certificate can be used.

This can result in any one server being allowed to be used.

This action by the bank restricts Spoton’s back up policy, which in short means that only one server can hold a security certificate.

This makes it impossible to provide the client with a fail safe back up that would have cut-in should there be a problem with the server that hosts the client site.

Spoton will make every effort to keep down time to a minimum but cannot be responsible for the amount of down time on any server or any loss of income to the client that may occur.
